How to roll:
Always cleanse face first! Advice: Apply serum, oil or moisturizer before rolling. Roll 5-10 minutes daily. Comes with step by step instruction card.
Jawline & Cheeks: Use Large Spiked Roller. Start on the chin and roll from the center outwards and upwards towards the ear.
Forehead: Use Large Spiked Roller. Start at the center of the forehead and roll towards the ear.
Neck: Use Large Spiked Roller. Start under the chin and roll towards the collarbone.
Eyes: Use Small Roller. Start at the inner corner of your eye and roll outwards towards the ear. Work both the lids and under eye area.
How to Gua Sha:
Always cleanse face first! Advice: Apply serum, oil or moisturizer before using this tool. Repeat every stroke 5-10 times on both sides of your face. Tip: End each stroke with a little wiggle to help move lymph.
Forehead: Use flat side. Start by making smooth strokes from the middle of your eyebrows up to your hairline. Follow with strokes from the center of the forehead outwards towards your temple.
Brows: Use curved side. Gently stroke the area below your eyebrow and above your eyes moving outwards. Stay on the bone of the brow.
Eyes: Use flat side. Slowly and very gently stroke your under-eye area moving outwards and up towards your temple.
Cheeks & Cheekbone: Use flat side. Start from the center of your face and stroke, applying reasonable pressure, outwards towards your ear. Use curved side to work your cheekbone.
Jawline: Use curved side. Start from the center of your chin and work your way up on your jawline towards your earlobe.
Neck: Use arched side. Gently stroke from your jawline down to the middle of your collarbone. Avoid contact with sensitive areas such as the middle of the throat.
