Cleanse face and body first! Always apply plenty of serum, oil or moisturizer to help face and body cups glide more smoothly. Never use on dry skin. Cup every other day, morning or evening, for 2-5 minutes. Tip: We love to body cup in the shower (time-management). Comes with step by step instruction card.
Jawline & Cheeks: Use big face cup. Squeeze and place cup on the chin, release to create suction and slowly glide outwards and upwards towards the ear. Follow the contours of your facial muscles to stimulate a lifting and toning effect.
Forehead: Use big face cup. Squeeze, place and release cup at the center of the forehead and slowly glide upwards and outwards towards your temple.
Eyes: Use small face cup. Squeeze, place and release cup at the inner corner of your eye and slowly glide outwards towards your temple. Always be careful with the eye area: create gentle suction and apply extra eye product.
Brows: Use small face cup. Squeeze, place and release cup right under and above the brow and glide towards your temples. Stay on the bone of the brow and avoid contact with eyelids.
Front of the Leg & Thighs: Use small and/or big body cup. Alternate between the body cup sizes to vary between suction intensity. Squeeze and
place cup above the knee, release to create suction and slowly glide up. Gently remove cup from your skin. Repeat on the entire front and inner and outer thigh area. You can use straight or zig-zag upward movements. Try to drain towards lymph nodes (the groin) to promote lymphatic drainage.
Back of the Leg & Bum: Use small and/or big body cup. Squeeze and place cup above the knee cavity, release to create suction and slowly glide
towards the bum and gently remove cup from your skin. For bum, place the cup under your bum and glide up and sidewards towards the hip. Repeat these upward movements on the entire back and but area. You can use straight or zig- zag upward movements.
