Always cleanse face first! Advice: Apply serum, oil or moisturizer before rolling. Roll 5-10 minutes daily. Comes with step by step instruction card.
Jawline & Cheeks: Use Large Roller. Start on the chin and roll from the center outwards and upwards towards the ear.
Forehead: Use Large Roller. Start at the center of the forehead and roll towards the ear.
Neck: Use Large Roller. Start under the chin and roll towards the collarbone.
Eyes: Use Small Roller. Start at the inner corner of your eye and roll outwards towards the ear. Work both the lids and under eye area.
