Always apply body oil or moisturizer before using this tool. Repeat every stroke 5-10 times. Tip: End each stroke with a little wiggle to help move lymph. Comes with step by step instruction card.
Calves: Starting at your ankle, stroke upwards towards your knee cavity.
Front of the Legs & Thighs: Starting at your knee, stroke upwards along the inner, outer and upper thighs. Try to drain towards lymph nodes (the groin) to promote lymphatic drainage.
Back of the Legs & Bum: Place the tool above the knee cavity and use up and sideward strokes towards the hips.
Chest & Décolleté: Start at the center of the chest and use gentle strokes up and outwards. Avoid contact with sensitive areas such as the middle of the throat.
Shoulders & Arms: Start at the top of your shoulder and make gentle strokes downwards along the shoulder and the upper and lower arms.
